MyPhotoTree.com reserves the right to reject any membership if it is determined to be in the best interest of the web site and it's membership.

MyPhotoTree.com will NEVER buy, sell, or distribute your email address or any email addresses...NEVER! We may, in the future, send out a monthly newsletter that you can opt out of at any time. We do send "non-opt out" quarterly reminders to free memberships to check and update your account. As a courtesy to our new members, any account that has been inactive for six months will be terminated.

MyPhotoTree.com is not required to monitor the forum message postings, photo postings, video postings, or chat area and does not take responsibility for damages associated with any information obtained from same. When we are notified of disturbing posts we will look into them and remove them if deemed necessary. Your privacy is of the upmost importance to MyPhotoTree.com and will never be compromised intentionally.

You must understand that changes to the site may occasionally occur for the betterment of the site and services to members. You may or may not be affected or notified of such changes outside the newsletter updates.
